✏️Everything You Need to Know About the Cambridge Starters Exam

Are you ready to make a big move in learning English? The Cambridge Pre A1 Starters exam is a great choice to take your first step in your English journey.

🧒🏻Who is it for? The Starters exam is for children who are between 6 and 8. Unlike other English exams, the Starters exam is full of colorful pictures, easy tasks and fun activities. This features make the exam enjoyable. Moreover there's no pass or fail here --- every child who takes the exam takes a certificate. Getting certificate will encourage kids and they will want to learn English more.

📚Exam Format

Pre A1 Cambridge Starters exam's aim is encouraging and motivating young English learners. It is 3 paper longs and you can see what's in the paper below. This picture belongs to Cambridge.

The Starters Listening test has 4 parts. Each exercises have one or two example. Children will hear the audio two times. The Starters Reading&Writing test has 5 parts. Also, each exercises start with one or two examples like the listening part. Children must spell their answers correctly. The Starters Speaking test has 4 parts. Children take the test alone with the examiner, but a person they know who speaks their language will introduce them to the examiner and explain what to do in their own language.
